In order to avoid disappointment, please ensure you pre-order the correct size. Our team is on hand to support you with this process - we encourage you to reach out at any time if you would like sizing advice.

Pre-ordered items are considered sold and are not able to be cancelled. As each piece is custom made, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please consider your purchase carefully. 

If your Love From Blue piece arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us for assistance at hello@lovefromblue.com. Any items that arrive faulty can be returned for store credit valid for 2 years.

 

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Love From Blue. Please make sure to use tracked shipping to avoid any issues.
